Septemper 2009 update

• We have unfortunately not been able to replace Thomas Pederson.
• Masters thesis work on streaming protocols by John Lindholm is close to be finished. It is enabling hand-over of streaming protocols between different carriers. The continuation will define the scenario sketched by Troed Sångberg, SEMC.
