My research focuses on the study of mature, large scale, and wide-industry used Open Source Software (OSS) products. In particular, the thesis work studies inner source as well as analyses the projects' source code in terms of source code quality and contributors' collaboration networks. The network analysis, based on network theory, has been applied to the Android OSS Stack and the projects hosted under the Apache Software Foundation.
The work is conducted within the Embedded Applications Software Engineering (EASE) project, under the theme "Efficient Software Development".
I have been also involved in teaching and supervision of master thesis projects.
Prior to starting with the PhD studies, I have spent some 10 years working in the IT industry for the Securian and CA Technologies mostly in technical roles. For more detailed CV, please refer to my Linkedin profile.
